Do you ship to the USA, and how much does it cost?

YES, we ship to all of the USA with FREE shipping on orders over $30. For orders under $30, the shipping fee is $3.90.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 7-10 days.

IMPORTANT: All shipments and products are functioning correctly. Exceptionally, some products may experience delays due to current circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and support during these times.

We will stay in touch with you throughout the entire process until you receive your product.

I received part of my order... Where is the rest?

We work with different suppliers to ensure you get your products as quickly as possible, which means we may ship items separately. For orders with multiple products, you might receive some items before others, as they are independent shipments.

Don't worry if you receive just one item—the others will arrive in their respective shipments. Feel free to contact us to check the status of each product.

I made a mistake with my order! (Address, product, color, size...)

Ambar is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer. Orders are processed with the information you provide. However, if you realize the mistake early enough, we might be able to fix it.

Contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to correct it so you receive exactly what you want. (Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of purchase)

Even if it's too late, we'll find another solution to make it right and ensure you're satisfied. At Ambar, our customers are our top priority.

I'm buying something as a gift... Will it arrive on time?

Our products are often purchased as gifts. However, if you need to receive the products by a specific date, such as a birthday, we do not recommend relying on the minimum shipping time. Please order in advance.

We do everything we can to optimize shipping times, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
