Exchange and Warranty Policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - 30 DAYS

You have 30 days from delivery to request a size exchange or refund.

Requirements:

• Product must be unused and in perfect condition
• Original packaging
• All accessories included

HOW TO REQUEST

1. Contact us: ambarshapewear@gmail.com
2. Wait for response: Our team will review your case
3. Send video proof: Show the product's condition
4. After approval: We'll provide the return address (varies by supplier). Some suppliers cover return shipping; others require you to pay.
5. Send us by email:
   • Your name and order number
   • Tracking code and/or payment proof

⚠️ Requests without this information will not be processed.

WARRANTY - 24 MONTHS

We offer a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

You can exchange for a new product or different items up to the original purchase value.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Physical damage from external factors (fire, water, electrical issues, extreme conditions, misuse, drops, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear from use

Important: Used products or those showing signs of contamination will be rejected.

For exchanges, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
